Owner/Instructor, Gretchen Kau has a Bachelor of Physical Education from Otago University (Majoring in Exercise Prescription and Management.)
Over the past 20 years Gretchen has kept her foot in the door of the fitness industry thru running successful Outdoor Bootcamps attending a number of different courses of interest and being an avid gym goer!
A Mum of 3 energetic children aged 18, 14 and 13 life is busy, as most of us are! "I understand the challenges women face finding time for yourself and finding time to exercise. We all know mentally its the best thing we can do for ourselves, it can provide us with a sense of accomplishment, a place to escape, a social element and of course not forgetting the feel good factor afterwards! My goal and passion is about helping women of all ages, fitness backgrounds achieve their goals by providing a safe, comfortable, relaxed and friendly environment to work out in."
Originally from Queenstown, New Zealand and the home of Adventure sports, Gretchen has lead an active and adventurous life. Competing in many HBF fun runs, City to Surf's, Mud Runs, Anaconda Adventure Race and last year her first half Marathon at Rottnest Island. Other Interests include Netball, Coaching, Sewing, Upcycling Furniture and Coffee with friends!
Trained and qualified PunchFit Instructor, Kids Yoga Certified, Tribe Training Instructor in Fit, Life, Core and Kids.
Current First Aid, Level 1 Sports Trainer Certificate.
