We’re a small, Women’s only Personal Training and group Fitness Training, for women of all ages & abilities.
We specialise in Training Women, we work with individuals to assist with your Health and Fitness Goals If you’re a beginner or advanced we can cater for you! Experienced in working with how a Women’s menstruation effects training, sleep, energy, and ultimately your Health and Fitness, this includes all Women!… those in their Reproductive years, Peri-Menopause, Menopause and Post Menopause.
If your number one goal is weight loss we have a fantastic “30 Days to Healthy Living Program”. If 30 days isn’t an option for you just yet, we also have a 10 Day Reset Program with Facebook accountability, recipes and a mentor to help you all the way to achieving your goals.
