We have staff on hand at all times, if you are new to the gym environment than we will assist you with correct technique and guide you along the way. Personalised programs are part of your membership so if you have particular goals in mind we are there to help.
You also have the option of using Cardio equipment including treadmills, bikes, cross trainer and rower with free unlimited access to group fitness classes.
